HioKey relies on hardware to keep all the sensitive data you have, such as passwords and credit cards, physically protected. HioKey is now reachable through Chrome and Edge and the communication is based on Bluetooth Low Energy.
The HioKey icon will be appeared on the extension area, on top-right of your browser and it is connected if the icon is not looking gray.
The only thing that you need is an extension that currently is available for Chrome and Edge.
In HioKey's dashboard, open the Accounts tab, then click on the 'Refresh' button and wait for accounts to be fetched your connected HioKey.
In HioKey's dashboard, open the Accounts tab, there you can see the import icon on the task bar. Click the 'Import' button and follow the instructions. You are able to import accounts for Chrome password managers too.

In the Dashboard, open the Settings tab, there you can find link button(s)/section to enable, change or remove a PIN.

ATTENTION: A factory reset erases all your data including Pairing/Client PIN, URLs and Passwords from your device.
To resolve the issue, try the following instruction, but each one at a time:
Unpair your HioKey with the computer's Bluetooth, usually by pressing the 'Remove device' button, and pair it again.
if the "Remove device" button does not remove (un-pair) your HioKey, you may follow the steps and check if it helps in resolving the issue, as the device might be hidden.
